Wherein the normal working area comprises a normal working first section and a normal working second section which are connected in sequence; the first normally-working section is connected with the throat root circle high-taper area, the first normally-working section has the curvature radius of 300 mm, and the length of the first section is 10 mm in the axial direction of the wheel; the inclination of the second constant working section is 1: 40, and the length of the second constant working section is 21.5 mm; the outer-end low-taper area is connected with the normally-working second section, the inclination of the outer-end low-taper area is 1: 10, the length of the outer-end low-taper area is 40 mm, and the joint of the outer-end low-taper area and the normally-working second section is constructed to be of a fillet structure. According to the method, the shaking phenomenon of the train can be obviously improved, and the safety is improved.
