The invention discloses a novel wheel tread structure suitable for a tramcar running at a high speed. The novel wheel tread structure comprises a rim, a throat root circle high-taper area, a normal working area, a nominal rolling circle, an outer end low-taper area and an outer end chamfering area which are sequentially and smoothly arranged. Wherein the wheel flange is composed of line segments, and the line segments comprise a first wheel flange straight line segment, a first wheel flange arc chamfer segment, a second wheel flange horizontal straight line segment, a second wheel flange arc chamfer segment and a third wheel flange straight line segment which are sequentially arranged in a tangent mode. The wheel tread structure has the advantages of being low in contact stress and small in wheel track abrasion on 60R2 and CN50 steel rail lines, meanwhile, the equivalent taper of the tread and the contact angle difference change evenly, the equivalent taper of the tread is matched with suspension parameters of a whole vehicle, and it can be effectively guaranteed that the tramcar has good stability, stability and safety under high-speed running.

    本发明公开了一种适应高速运行的有轨电车的新型车轮踏面结构,包括依次平滑设置的轮缘、喉根圆高锥度区域、常工作区、名义滚动圆、外端低锥度区域、外端倒角区域;其中,轮缘由个线段组成,分别包括依次以相切的形式设置的轮缘第一直线段、轮缘第一圆弧倒角段、轮缘第二水平直线段、轮缘第二圆弧倒角段及轮缘第三直线段。本发明的车轮踏面结构在60R2、CN50钢轨线路上具备接触应力低、轮轨磨耗小特点,同时踏面等效锥度、接触角差变化均匀,且踏面等效锥度和整车的悬挂参数相匹配,可有效保证该型有轨电车车辆在高速运行下具有较好的稳定性、平稳性和安全性。
