The invention discloses an Issuus plant hopper imitating jumping robot, which relates to the field of jumping robots, and comprises a rack, a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism, an energy storage mechanism and a supporting seat, the energy storage mechanism is connected between the rack and the supporting seat, and the driving mechanism and the transmission mechanism are both installed on the rack. The energy storage mechanism comprises a winding rope, an elastic sheet, a bionic gear and a connecting shaft; one end of the winding rope is fixedly connected to the supporting base, and the other end of the winding rope is wound and fixed to the transmission mechanism. The two sets of elastic pieces are symmetrically arranged, bionic gears are fixedly connected to the two ends of each set of elastic pieces, the two sets of bionic gears at the first end are meshed with each other and rotationally connected with the rack through connecting shafts, and the two sets of bionic gears at the second end are meshed with each other and rotationally connected with the supporting base through connecting shafts. The jumping robot has the advantage that the jumping ability of the jumping robot is improved.
