The invention relates to a vehicle coordination type energy recovery control method and system based on braking torque control, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a voltage signal output by an analog foot valve and an external signal source through a vehicle control unit, and carrying out the coordination through a coordination type energy recovery control module; then the vehicle control unit sends a corresponding execution signal to a motor controller and an air pressure adjusting module, and coordination control is conducted on the reverse dragging braking torque of the driving motor and the braking air pressure of the air pressure adjusting module; the external signal source is an activation state signal output by an anti-lock braking control system (ABS), a battery electric quantity signal output by a battery management system and a braking torque demand signal output by a motor controller; through coordinated control over the reverse dragging braking torque of the driving motor and the braking air pressure of the air pressure adjusting module, the energy recovery level of the electric vehicle is improved, the working time of the electric air compressor is shortened, the reliability is improved, the stability of the braking torque is guaranteed, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及基于制动力矩控制的车辆协调式能量回收控制方法及系统,整车控制器接收模拟量脚阀输出的电压信号及外部信号源,通过协调式能量回收控制模块进行协调,然后整车控制器发送相应执行信号至电机控制器及气压调节模块,对驱动电机反拖制动力矩和气压调节模块制动气压进行协调控制;外部信号源为防抱死制动控制系统ABS输出的激活状态信号、电池管理系统输出的电池电量信号及电机控制器输出的制动扭矩需求信号;通过对驱动电机反拖制动力矩和气压调节模块制动气压的协调控制,提升电动车辆的能量回收水平,降低了电动空压机的工作时间,提升可靠性,保证中制动力矩的稳定性,提升了车辆的安全性。
