The invention provides a flame-retardant automotive interior filler and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant automotive interior filler comprises a surface layer, a bottom layer and a middle structure layer located between the surface layer and the bottom layer. The surface layer is non-glue cotton, the middle structure layer is vertical cotton, and the bottom layer is grid base cloth; the raw materials of the non-glue cotton comprise flame-retardant polyester staple fibers and low-melting-point fibers; the raw materials of the upright cotton comprise flame-retardant polyester fibers and low-melting-point fibers; the raw material of the grid base cloth comprises flame-retardant polyester filaments; the flame-retardant polyester staple fibers, the flame-retardant polyester fibers and the flame-retardant polyester filaments are all prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyester chips, 10 to 15 parts of MBS resin, 8 to 12 parts of a nano diatomite/hexaphenoxy cyclotriphosphazene composite flame retardant, 0.7 to 1.2 parts of a nano aluminum oxide/titanium dioxide composite material and 0.3 to 0.6 part of an antioxidant. The flame-retardant automotive trim filler is good in air permeability and durable, and has excellent flame retardance.

    本发明提供了一种阻燃汽车内饰填充物及其制备方法,阻燃汽车内饰填充物包括面层、底层以及位于所述面层和底层之间的中间结构层;面层为无胶棉,中间结构层为直立棉,底层为网格底布;无胶棉的原料包括阻燃聚酯短纤维、低熔点纤维;直立棉的原料包括阻燃聚酯纤维、低熔点纤维;网格底布的原料包括阻燃聚酯长丝;阻燃聚酯短纤维、阻燃聚酯纤维、阻燃聚酯长丝均包括以下重量份的原料:聚酯切片100份、MBS树脂10~15份、纳米硅藻土/六苯氧基环三磷腈复合阻燃剂8~12份、纳米氧化铝/二氧化钛复合材料0.7~1.2份、抗氧化剂0.3~0.6份。本发明阻燃汽车内饰填充物透气性好且耐用,同时具有优良的阻燃性能。
