The invention discloses a production method of flame-retardant water-based suede microfiber automotive interior leather. The production method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting microfiber base cloth; S2, carrying out pre-impregnation; S3, carrying out impregnation; S4, sequentially carrying out alkali deweighting, water washing, drying and sanding; S5, preparing flame-retardant slurry by adopting waterborne polyurethane which is the same as that in the step S3; S6, employing a roller coater, coating the back face of the microfiber base cloth is coated with flame-retardant slurry ina rolling mode, and curing is conducted; and S7, coating the back surface with reticular glue, coating the back surface with lining cloth, and compounding at 150-160 DEG C by using a compounding machine. The production method of the flame-retardant water-based suede microfiber automobile interior leather is a novel production method of the water-based suede automobile interior leather with a flame-retardant function, and the prepared flame-retardant water-based suede microfiber automobile interior leather is excellent in performance and meets the requirements of automotive leather.

    本发明公开了一种阻燃型水性绒面超纤汽车内饰革的生产方法,包括下列步骤:S1、选择超纤基布;S2、预含浸;S3、含浸;S4、然后依次进行碱减量,水洗,烘干,磨毛;S5、采用与步骤S3中相同的水性聚氨酯配制阻燃浆料;S6、采用辊涂机,在超纤基布的背面辊涂阻燃浆料,固化;S7、在背面覆上网状胶,然后覆上衬布,然后通过复合机在150~160℃条件下复合。本发明的阻燃型水性绒面超纤汽车内饰革的生产方法,是一种新型具有阻燃功能的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法,制得的阻燃型水性绒面超纤汽车内饰革性能优越,符合汽车革的要求。
