The invention discloses flame-retardant automobile silica gel leather which comprises a surface layer and base cloth, the surface layer and the base cloth are connected through a bonding layer, and the surface layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100-125 parts of phenolic resin microspheres, 8-12 parts of vinyl trimethoxy silane, 7-10 parts of color paste, 5-10 parts of diphenyl cresol phosphate and 80-120 parts of honeycomb skeleton material. According to the flame-retardant automobile silica gel leather and the preparation method thereof, the phenolic resin microspheres and the zirconium oxide of the honeycomb structure are reasonably proportioned and mixed with the vinyl trimethoxy silane, the color paste and the diphenyl cresol phosphate to serve as raw material components of the surface layer, the flame-retardant time can be remarkably prolonged, and the flame-retardant effect is improved; by adding the zirconium oxide with the honeycomb structure, the carbon layer can be prevented from falling off, and by adding the zirconium oxide with the honeycomb structure, the mechanical strength, the washing resistance and the aging resistance of the leather can be improved, the leather is prevented from cracking or peeling in the long-term use process, and the service life of the leather is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种阻燃汽车硅胶皮革,包括面层和基布,所述面层和基布之间通过粘结层连接,其中,所述面层包括以下按质量份数计的组分:酚醛树脂微球100‑125份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷8‑12份、色膏7‑10份、二苯甲酚磷酸酯5‑10份、蜂窝骨架料80‑120份。本发明所述的一种阻燃汽车硅胶皮革及其制备方法,通过将酚醛树脂微球与蜂窝结构的氧化锆合理配比并与乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、色膏、二苯甲酚磷酸酯混合作为面层原料组分,可实现阻燃时间的显著提升,提高阻燃效果;通过蜂窝结构的氧化锆的加入,可避免炭层脱落,且蜂窝结构的氧化锆的添加可提高皮革机械强度、耐水洗和耐老化性能,避免皮革在长期的使用过程中出现裂纹或脱皮,保证皮革的使用寿命。
