Cotton stalk bark richin fiber components is used as a raw material, cotton stalk bark fibers are natural cellulose fibers and are polyhydric alcohols, ammonium polyphosphate can promote the polyhydric alcohols to be carbonized, phosphoric acid or polyphosphoric acid released when the ammonium polyphosphate is combusted and heated can react with hydroxyl to generate phosphate, flame-retardant carbon dioxide and waterare released when the phosphate cellulose is decomposed, splitting of glycoside is inhibited, and due to a dehydration reaction, solid residues contain a large amount of unsaturated substances, so that further combustion is prevented, and the flame-retardant performance of the interior trim panel is improved; and polylactic acid, a solvent, talcum powder and triallyl isocyanurate are mixed to obtain a modified polylactic acid solution, the added talcum powder can remarkably improve the rigidity of the polylactic acid and can also improve the heat resistance of the polylactic acid, so that thehigh temperature resistance and the mechanical strength of the interior trim panel prepared by the method become high.

    本发明公开了一种高强度阻燃汽车内饰板的制备方法,属于装饰板制备技术领域。本发明以富含纤维成分的棉杆皮为原料,棉杆皮纤维是天然纤维素纤维,是一种多元醇,而聚磷酸铵能促使多元醇成炭,聚磷酸铵在燃烧受热时释放出的磷酸或多磷酸能与羟基反应生成磷酸酯,磷化纤维素分解时释放出阻燃的二氧化碳和水,而配糖体的分裂被抑制,由于发生脱水反应,固体渣中就含有大量的不饱和物,防止燃烧进一步发生,提高了本发明内饰板的阻燃性能;本发明还将聚乳酸和溶剂以及滑石粉和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯混合后得到改性聚乳酸溶液,本发明加入的滑石粉可以显著提高聚乳酸的刚性、同时还能提高其耐热性,使得本发明制得的内饰板的耐高温性和力学强度变高。
