The invention relates to a robot elevator taking method, a robot and a storage medium, the method is applied to the robot, and the method comprises the steps that at least two first available elevator identifiers sent by an elevator dispatching system are received; a first target elevator is selected from elevators corresponding to the first available elevator identifier, and a first calling instruction is sent to an elevator dispatching system, so that the elevator dispatching system controls the first target elevator to run to a floor where the robot is located; and if it is determined that the robot does not successfully take the first target elevator, a second target elevator is selected from elevators corresponding to the first available elevator identifier, and a second calling instruction is sent to the elevator dispatching system, so that the elevator dispatching system controls the second target elevator to run to the floor where the robot is located. The second target elevator is any elevator except the first target elevator in the elevators corresponding to the first available elevator identifier. The method can ensure that the robot successfully takes the elevator, the elevator taking efficiency is improved, and therefore the task execution success rate and efficiency are improved.

    本发明涉及一种机器人乘梯方法、机器人及存储介质,方法应用于机器人,方法包括:接收电梯调度系统发送的第一可用电梯标识,第一可用电梯标识至少是两个;从第一可用电梯标识对应的电梯中选取第一目标电梯,并发送第一呼叫指令至电梯调度系统,以使电梯调度系统控制第一目标电梯运行至机器人所在楼层;若确定未成功搭乘第一目标电梯,则从第一可用电梯标识对应的电梯中选取第二目标电梯,并发送第二呼叫指令至电梯调度系统,以使电梯调度系统控制第二目标电梯运行至机器人所在楼层,第二目标电梯是第一可用电梯标识对应的电梯中除第一目标电梯外的任一个电梯。该方法能够确保机器人成功乘梯,提升乘梯效率,从而提高任务执行的成功率和效率。
