The invention relates to an energy management control method and system for an extended-range mine car, and belongs to the field of mining trucks. The method comprises a fixed-point working mode of the range extender, and comprises the following specific steps: acquiring vehicle driving required power; if the vehicle driving demand power is smaller than the vehicle driving power lower limit, the range extender requests the generated power to be 0; if the vehicle driving demand power is between the vehicle driving power lower limit and the vehicle driving power upper limit, the range extender request generated power is the first range extender generated power; if the vehicle driving demand power is larger than the vehicle driving power upper limit, the range extender request generated power is the second range extender generated power; the method is used for solving the problems that different working modes need to be judged and selected due to different working conditions in the vehicle running process, hardware such as a sensor and a chip with higher computing power are additionally added, cost is increased, and reliability is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种增程式矿车的能量管理控制方法及系统,属于矿用卡车领域。该方法包括增程器定点工作模式,具体步骤为:获取车辆驱动需求功率;若车辆驱动需求功率小于车辆驱动功率下限,则增程器请求发电功率为0;若车辆驱动需求功率在车辆驱动功率下限和车辆驱动功率上限之间,则增程器请求发电功率为第一增程器发电功率;若车辆驱动需求功率大于车辆驱动功率上限,则增程器请求发电功率为第二增程器发电功率;本发明用于解决车辆行驶中因工况不同需判断和选择不同的工作模式,导致额外增加硬件例如传感器和更强算力的芯片,从而导致成本增加以及可靠性降低的问题。
