The automatic obstacle avoidance detection robot for the storage tank bottom plate comprises a moving seat, two rolling wheels are rotationally connected to the two sides of the moving seat correspondingly, crawler belts are arranged outside the front rolling wheel and the rear rolling wheel correspondingly, a laser radar is fixedly connected to the front portion of the top of the moving seat, and a containing groove is formed in the bottom of the front end of the moving seat; a corrosion detector is fixedly connected into the containing groove, a dismounting assembly is arranged at the rear end of the moving seat, a first electric sliding rail is arranged on the rear side of the dismounting assembly, and first limiting blocks are fixedly connected to the two ends of the first electric sliding rail. Through cooperation of the first electric sliding rail, the second electric sliding rail, the third electric sliding rail, the steering engine, the rotating frame and the dismounting assembly, the magnetic memory sensor can be controlled and adjusted in an all-around mode, and therefore the stability and precision in the storage tank bottom plate detection process are guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种储罐底板的自动避障检测机器人及缺陷检测系统,涉及无损检测领域。该一种储罐底板的自动避障检测机器人,包括移动座,所述移动座两侧均转动连接有两个滚轮,前后两个所述滚轮外部均设置有履带,所述移动座顶部前方固定连接有激光雷达,所述移动座前端底部开设有放置槽,所述放置槽内固定连接有腐蚀检测仪,所述移动座后端设置有拆卸组件,所述拆卸组件组件后侧设置有第一电动滑轨,所述第一电动滑轨两端均固定连接有第一限位块。通过第一电动滑轨、第二电动滑轨、第三电动滑轨、舵机、转动架和拆卸组件相互配合工作,能够对磁记忆传感器进行全方位的控制和调节,从而保证在储罐底板检测过程中的稳定性和精度。
