The invention discloses a thermal management system of an electric vehicle, a thermal management control method and the electric vehicle. The thermal management system includes a refrigerant circulation assembly and a coolant circulation assembly. The refrigerant circulation assembly comprises a compressor, a gas-liquid heat exchanger, a gas cooler and a water heat exchanger. The cooling liquid circulation assembly comprises a six-way valve, a heat dissipation water tank, a heater and a first warm air core body. According to the thermal management system, different circulation paths of the refrigerant and the cooling liquid can be adjusted according to working conditions, and energy can be reasonably utilized. When the temperature of the device needing to be cooled is not high, the cooling liquid can be cooled through the heat dissipation water tank; and when the temperature of the device needing to be cooled is too high, the cooling liquid can also be used for cooling through the refrigerant of the refrigerant circulating assembly so as to improve the cooling effect. And on the other hand, waste heat of the motor can be recycled for heating, and energy consumption can be effectively reduced.
