The invention discloses a thermal management system of an electric vehicle, a thermal management control method and the electric vehicle. The cooling liquid circulation assembly in the thermal management system comprises a radiator connected with a first liquid pump; the second liquid pump is connected with the third end of the four-way valve; the first end of the battery pack is connected with the second end of the second liquid pump, the second end of the battery pack is connected with the third end of the battery heat exchanger, and the fourth end of the battery heat exchanger is connected with the fourth end of the four-way valve; the first end of the heater is connected with the first end of the four-way valve in a gating mode, the first end of the heater is further connected with the second end of the motor in a gating mode, and the second end of the heater is connected with the third end of the motor heat exchanger. The first end of the warm air core is connected with the fourth end of the motor heat exchanger. According to the thermal management system, different circulation paths of the refrigerant and the cooling liquid can be adjusted according to working conditions, energy can be reasonably utilized, and different working condition requirements are met. And when the environment temperature is higher than-10 DEG C, the heater can be not started to heat the passenger compartment, so that the energy consumption of the thermal management system is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种电动车的热管理系统、热管理控制方法以及电动车。热管理系统中冷却液循环组件包括:散热器,散热器连接第一液泵;第二液泵连接四通阀的第三端;电池包的第一端连接第二液泵的第二端,电池包的第二端连接电池换热器的第三端,电池换热器的第四端连接四通阀的第四端;加热器的第一端选通连接四通阀的第一端,加热器的第一端还选通连接电机的第二端,加热器的第二端连接电机换热器的第三端;暖风芯体的第一端连接电机换热器的第四端。上述热管理系统,能根据工况调整制冷剂和冷却液不同的循环路径,能对能源进行合理利用,满足不同的工况需求。在环境温度大于﹣10℃时,可以不开启加热器对乘员舱进行制热,降低了热管理系统的能耗。
