The invention relates to a motor controller, a vehicle and a discharging method. The motor controller comprises a bus capacitor, a three-phase bridge arm circuit, a voltage division circuit and a control circuit. The bus capacitor is connected in parallel with the battery through the switching circuit; each phase of bridge arm circuit is connected with the bus capacitor in parallel, the output end of each phase of bridge arm circuit is used for being connected with a corresponding motor winding, and the control end of each phase of bridge arm circuit is connected with the control circuit; the voltage division circuit is connected in parallel with the bus capacitor, and the output end of the voltage division circuit is connected with the control circuit; wherein the control circuit is used for controlling a target bridge arm circuit to discharge the bus capacitor according to a disconnection signal of the switching circuit under the condition that at least one phase of bridge arm circuit is normal, the target bridge arm circuit is one of all the normal bridge arm circuits, and the control circuit is used for controlling the target bridge arm circuit to discharge the bus capacitor according to the disconnection signal of the switching circuit under the condition that each phase of bridge arm circuit fails. And the voltage division circuit is controlled to discharge the bus capacitor according to the disconnection signal of the switching circuit, so that the bus capacitor is discharged.
