The invention relates to an active discharge circuit of a motor controller, which comprises an isolation chip, a low-voltage side voltage pin of the isolation chip is connected with low-voltage side voltage, a low-voltage side grounding pin is connected with low-voltage side ground, a low-voltage side input pin is connected with a control signal end, and the control signal end is used for being connected with a control port of a main control chip. A low-voltage side output pin of the isolation chip is connected with a signal input port, the signal input port is used for being connected with an input port of a main control chip, a high-voltage side voltage pin of the isolation chip is connected with high-voltage side voltage, a high-voltage side grounding pin of the isolation chip is connected with high-voltage side ground, and a high-voltage side output pin of the isolation chip is connected with an input end of an auxiliary power supply through a first triode. The first triode is connected with a high-voltage bus end through the second triode and the MOS tube via the discharge resistor, and the MOS tube is connected with a high-voltage side input pin of the isolation chip through the divider resistor. The problems of low control precision and low reliability of a discharge circuit without monitoring discharge control are solved.
