And an anti-return frame is arranged, so that the situation that the large steel beam returns to an overturning point after being interfered and oscillated due to incoordination of hoisting machinery operation and self-shaking of the hoisting equipment, and the hoisting equipment is unstable and overturned due to instantaneous overload is prevented. According to the method, only rubber pads, clamping rings and small-section profile steel are adopted, purchasing and machining are convenient, investment is small, cost is low, operation is easy, and repeated transfer is not involved; due to the fact that the auxiliary frame is utilized, under the working condition that the performance of hoisting equipment is limited, the device can be suitable for more machines by adjusting the length of the auxiliary frame; in addition, a one-hook two-point mode is adopted, so that the mechanical investment is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及钢结构施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于大型钢梁的原位翻身方法,利用机械臂将大型钢梁通过辅助架提升翻转,并设置缓冲架机构,以防止大型钢梁因惯性而过冲侧翻,在大型钢梁在提升过程中,超过一定翻转角度后,设置防返回架,以防因起重机械操作的不协调性、起重设备自身晃动,而引起的大型钢梁受干扰振荡后而返回起翻点,造成起重设备瞬时过载而失稳倾覆。该方法只采用了橡胶垫、卡环和小截面型钢,采购加工方便,投入少,低成本,操作简单、不涉及多次转运;且由于利用了辅助架,对于起重设备性能有限的工况,通过调整辅助架的长短即可适用更多机械;另外,本发明采用“一钩两点”模式,减少了机械投入,降低了成本。
