The invention belongs to the technical field of track beam construction, and particularly relates to a beam body turnover device and method.The beam body turnover device comprises a profile steel supporting frame, and through holes are formed in the side portions of the two ends of the profile steel supporting frame; the opposite-pull screws are symmetrically arranged on the inner sides of the two profile steel supporting frames, the two profile steel supporting frames are connected through the opposite-pull screws, and a closed beam body supporting unit surrounding the periphery of the beam body is formed; the multiple sets of beam body supporting units are arranged in the length direction of a beam body. The track beam turnover device solves the problems that in the prior art, all parts of a beam turnover device cannot be detached, a track beam needs to be hoisted and moved into a turnover frame in advance to be placed and fixed, flexibility is not enough, and the track beam turnover device cannot be detached. The test site is limited by the site of the turnover device, and the turnover test operation cannot be carried out according to the actual site of the track beam.

    本发明属于轨道梁施工技术领域,具体涉及梁体翻转装置及翻转方法,包括型钢支撑架,所述型钢支撑架两端侧部开设有通孔;对拉螺杆对称设置于两个所述型钢支撑架内侧,通过所述对拉螺杆将两个所述型钢支撑架相连接,形成环绕在梁体外周且闭合的梁体支撑单元;多组所述梁体支撑单元沿梁体长度方向设置;位于首未两组所述梁体支撑单元具有起吊侧耳,所述起吊侧耳与型钢支撑架的外侧相连接,本发明解决了现有技术中,梁翻转装置各部件不可拆卸,需要将轨道梁预先吊移至翻转架中放置固定,灵活性不够,其试验场地受翻转装置地点而限制,不能根据轨道梁实际所处现场而进行翻转试验操作的问题。
