The invention provides a hoisting frame of an equipment carrying platform and a reinforcing method of the hoisting frame, and belongs to the field of hoisting frames. The lifting ring and the reinforcing block are arranged on the first lifting rod; the first suspender and the second suspender are crossed in the middle of the rod body and are connected to form a hemispherical frame; the lifting ring is arranged on the crossed part of the first lifting rod and the second lifting rod in a spanning manner, is welded on the first lifting rod and is provided with two welding ends; the reinforcing block is fixedly connected to the first hanging rod, the two welding ends penetrate through the reinforcing block to be connected with the first hanging rod, and the peripheral walls of the welding ends are welded to the reinforcing block. The reinforcing block is fixedly connected to the hanging rod welded with the hanging ring in a non-welding mode, the welding end of the hanging ring firstly penetrates through the reinforcing block and then is welded to the hanging rod, meanwhile, the welding end is welded to the reinforcing block, the difficulty of additionally installing the reinforcing block on the frame is extremely low, and the welding area and the welding position of the hanging ring and the whole frame are increased; the welding part of the hanging ring and the frame is prevented from being snapped.

    本发明提出了设备搭载平台的吊装框架及其加固方法,属于吊装框架领域,包括第一吊杆及第二吊杆两端均延伸呈半圆形;吊环及加强块均设置在第一吊杆上;第一吊杆及第二吊杆在杆体中间交叉设置并连接成半球形框架;吊环跨设在第一吊杆及第二吊杆的交叉部位上,吊环焊接在第一吊杆上并设置有两个焊接端;加强块紧固连接在第一吊杆上,两个焊接端均贯穿加强块与第一吊杆相连接,焊接端的外周壁焊接在加强块上。本发明在焊接有吊环的吊杆上通过非焊接手段固接加强块,吊环的焊接端先贯穿加强块在焊接到吊杆上,同时焊接端也与加强块进行焊接,在框架上加装加强块的难度极低,且增加了吊环与整个框架的焊接面积及焊接位置,避免吊环与框架焊接部位拉断。
