The invention discloses hoisting equipment for a frame core tube and a hoisting method thereof.Along with gradual upward pouring of a core tube structure and an outer frame structure, the hoisting equipment for the frame core tube is disassembled into an indoor part and an outdoor part, the indoor part is transferred to an upper floor plate manually or mechanically, and the outdoor part is transferred to a lower floor plate manually or mechanically; and the outdoor part is provided with a climbing guide rail to automatically climb to the next hoisting station, and the outdoor part and the indoor part are connected together again on the next hoisting station, so that rapid material transfer and component installation are realized, the hoisting times of a tower crane are saved, the investment of a discharging platform and repeated reverse disassembly are reduced, the hoisting efficiency is improved, the progress is accelerated, and the construction period is shortened. The problems that an existing movable arm type tower crane of a frame core tube structure has a construction blind area, other tower cranes need to be matched, and the hoisting efficiency of the tower crane is affected are solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于框架核心筒的吊装设备及其吊装方法,随着核心筒结构和外框架结构的逐渐向上浇筑,将本发明的用于框架核心筒的吊装设备拆卸分为室内部分和室外部分,室内部分通过人工或器械转运至上层楼层板,室外部分则有爬升导轨自爬升至下一个吊装工位,在室外部分和室内部分在下一个吊装工位上再次连接在一起,进而实现物料快速倒运及构件安装,节约塔吊吊次,减少卸料平台的投入及多次倒拆,提高吊装效率,加快进度,节约工期。本发明解决了现有框架核心筒结构的动臂式塔吊有施工盲区,需要其它塔吊配合,影响塔吊的吊装效率的问题。
