The invention relates to a method for monitoring longitudinal displacement of a switch rail, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, mounting a stock rail device and a switch rail device on a steel rail, and ensuring that a measuring rod of a magnetostrictive sensor penetrates through the interior of a magnetic ring without contact; then, reading an initial value of the sensor, and reading a value after displacement of the sensor after longitudinal displacement of the switch rail; and finally, subtracting the initial value from the post-displacement value, and deducing the displacement variation of the point of the switch rail in combination with a switch rail expansion and contraction amount formula, so as to obtain the overall longitudinal displacement data of the switch rail under different conditions. Big data driving is not needed, efficient and high-precision measurement of the longitudinal displacement of the switch rail can be achieved under different environmental conditions, and the requirements for low-cost, high-stability and high-precision railway field monitoring are met.
本发明涉及一种尖轨纵向位移监测方法,首先,将基本轨装置与尖轨装置安装于钢轨之上,确保磁致伸缩传感器测量杆从磁环内部穿过且无接触;随后,读取传感器初始数值,当尖轨发生纵向位移后,读取传感器位移后数值;最后,将所述初始数值与位移后数值相减,结合尖轨伸缩量公式推导出尖轨尖端位移变化量,进而获得不同情况下的尖轨整体纵向位移数据。本发明无需大数据驱动,在不同环境条件下皆可实现尖轨纵向位移的高效、高精度测量,满足低成本、高稳定性、高精度的铁路现场监测需求。
