Conversely, when the switch machine pulls the switch rail to be tightly attached to the stock rail, the elastic piece reversely pushes the second sealing piston to move reversely, the first sealing piston and the ejector rod can be driven to move together, and at the moment, the measured value of the displacement sensor is the displacement of the switch rail. The ejector rod and the switch rail move in an abutting fit mode, the maximum opening range and the close-fitting distance of the switch rail are obtained through the displacement sensor, influences of severe environments are avoided, and the advantages of being high in measuring precision and low in construction cost are achieved.
本申请提供了一种尖轨位移测量装置及测量系统,通过将顶杆伸出第一密闭缸体,顶杆的伸出端可轻顶于尖轨的最前端。当转辙机拉动尖轨至最大开程的过程中,尖轨带动顶杆及第一密封活塞移动。第一密封活塞移动时可一并带动第二密封活塞移动,第二密封活塞移动时可带动连接杆和位移传感器移动,此时位移传感器测量的位移值即为尖轨的最大开程。反之,当转撤机拉动尖轨密贴基本轨时,弹性件反向抵推第二密封活塞反向移动,可一并带动第一密封活塞和顶杆移动,此时位移传感器的测量值即为尖轨的位移量。通过顶杆与尖轨的抵接配合移动,并通过位移传感器获取尖轨的最大开程和密贴距离,不会受恶劣环境的影响,具有测量精度高,施工成本低的优点。
