The invention relates to a rail system, a rail displacement monitoring device and method. The track displacement monitoring device comprises a laser emitting mechanism, a target mechanism and a data processor, the laser emitting mechanism is provided with a distance measuring module used for measuring the distance between the emitting end of the laser emitting mechanism and the target mechanism, and a CCD imaging module is arranged in the target mechanism. The CCD imaging module is used for monitoring a displacement difference value between an actual point position of light on the light receiving surface and a reference point position on the light receiving surface; and the distance measuring module and the CCD imaging module are electrically connected with the data processor. According tothe rail displacement monitoring device, the displacement error of the rail on the light receiving surface perpendicular to the target mechanism and the displacement error of the rail on the plane where the light receiving surface is located are achieved through the distance measuring module and the CCD imaging module, and three-dimensional monitoring of rail displacement is achieved; according to the rail displacement monitoring device, the monitoring effect on rail displacement is improved.
本发明涉及一种轨道系统、轨道位移监测装置及方法。所述轨道位移监测装置包括:激光发射机构、靶标机构与数据处理器,所述激光发射机构设有用于测量所述激光发射机构发射端与所述靶标机构之间间距的测距模块,所述靶标机构内设有CCD成像模块,所述CCD成像模块用于监测光线在所述光接收面上的实际点位与所述光接收面上的基准点位之间的位移差值,所述测距模块与所述CCD成像模块均与所述数据处理器电性连接。上述轨道位移监测装置通过测距模块与CCD成像模块实现了对轨道在垂直于靶标机构光接收面上的位移误差以及位于光接收面所处平面上的位移误差,实现了对轨道位移的三维监测,上述轨道位移监测装置提高了对于轨道位移的监测效果。
