According to the low-abrasion high-strength high-conductivity copper alloy, the mechanical abrasion resistance, the electrical abrasion resistance and the chemical corrosion resistance of a contact wire manufactured through the low-abrasion high-strength high-conductivity copper alloy are improved at the same time in the using process, and therefore the low-abrasion copper alloy contact wire is obtained. The invention discloses a high-strength copper alloy which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.2-1.0 wt% of Cr, 0.02-0.2 wt% of Zr, 0.01-0.1 wt% of Sn and the balance of Cu and inevitable impurities, and the sum of the mass percentages of all the components is 100%.

    本发明公开了一种低磨耗高强高导铜合金,使其制作而成的接触线在使用过程中耐机械磨损、耐电气磨损和耐化学腐蚀性能同时提高,从而获得低磨耗的铜合金接触线。其特征在于,其按照质量百分比的成分含量如下:0.2‑1.0wt%的Cr,0.02‑0.2wt%的Zr,0.01‑0.1wt%的Sn、余量为Cu和不可避免杂质,各组份的质量百分比总和为100%。
