The invention relates to a high-strength bending-resistant copper alloy dropper wire and a preparation method thereof. The copper alloy dropper wire comprises the following chemical components: 0.10-0.65 wt% of Mg, 0.01-0.1 wt% of rare earth element Re and the balance of copper and inevitable impurities, and the proportion of the inevitable impurities is not higher than 0.10 wt%. The preparation method comprises the steps of smelting, up-drawing continuous casting, continuous extrusion, rolling, drawing (rough drawing, intermediate drawing and fine drawing), annealing treatment and twisting. The copper alloy dropper wire prepared by the invention has high strength and good bending resistance, is long in service life, and can fully meet the application requirements of an electrified railway overhead line system; and in addition, the production process is flexible, is suitable for batch production, and has relatively high production efficiency and relatively good economic benefits.

    本发明涉及一种高强度耐弯曲铜合金吊弦线及制备方法,所述铜合金吊弦线化学成分组成为:Mg 0.10‑0.65wt%,稀土元素Re 0.01‑0.1wt%,余量是铜和不可避免的杂质,不可避免的杂质比例不高于0.10wt%;制备方法包括熔炼、上引连铸、连续挤压、轧制、拉拔(粗拉、中拉、细拉)、退火处理、绞合。本发明制备的铜合金吊弦线兼具高强度和良好的耐弯曲性能,使用寿命长,可以充分满足电气化铁路接触网的应用需求;另外,本发明生产工艺灵活,适合批量化生产,具有较高的生产效率及较好的经济效益。
