The invention relates to an industrial production process of a high-strength copper-tin alloy contact wire. The industrial production process comprises the following process steps: step 1, smelting in a double-melting-channel three-body smelting furnace; step 2, up-drawing continuous casting; step 3, extruding by a continuous extruder; 4, multi-pass rolling is carried out; and fifthly, cold drawing forming is conducted. The zinc element is added into the copper-tin alloy, so that the fluidity of the alloy is improved, the alloy components are more uniform, the reverse segregation degree of tin is reduced, the mold filling capacity and feeding capacity of the alloy are improved, and looseness is relieved; by controlling parameters of an up-drawing continuous casting and extrusion process, designing a special shape of a roller and applying a cooling cavity of a drawing die, the product quality and the production efficiency are further improved, and a guarantee is provided for batch stable production of the high-strength copper-tin alloy contact wire; according to the technology, large-length continuous stable production can be achieved, the yield is high, the tensile strength of the contact line reaches 520 MPa or above, the electric conductivity is kept at 70% IACS or above, and the application requirement of a high-speed railway with the speed of 300 km or above per hour can be completely met.

    本发明涉及一种高强度铜锡合金接触线工业化生产工艺,它包含以下工艺步骤:步骤一、双熔沟三体熔炼炉熔炼;步骤二、上引连续铸造;步骤三、连续挤压机挤压;步骤四、多道次轧制;步骤五、冷拉拔成型。本发明通过向铜锡合金中添加锌元素,改善合金的流动性,使得合金成分更加均匀,减轻锡的反偏析程度,提高合金的充型能力和补缩能力,减轻疏松;通过对上引连铸和挤压工艺参数的控制,以及轧辊特殊形状的设计和拉拔模具降温腔的应用,进一步提高了产品质量和生产效率,为高强度铜锡合金接触线的批量化稳定生产提供保障;该工艺能够实现大长度连续稳定生产,且成品率高,接触线的抗拉强度达到520MPa以上,导电率保持在70%IACS以上,完全能够满足时速300公里以上高速铁路的应用需求。
