Through the low-rigidity design of the air bag vibration isolation elements, ultralow-frequency control over longitudinal vibration of the propeller shaft system can be achieved, the longitudinal vibration of the propeller shaft system is controlled to be expanded within the ultralow-frequency range of 5 Hz, and longitudinal vibration transmission of a shaft system can be effectively isolated; by means of displacement monitoring and active thrust control, effective transmission of shaft system thrust is achieved, the problem that shaft system operation displacement is too large due to low-rigidity design of vibration isolation elements can be avoided, and operation safety of a paddle shaft system is guaranteed; the active vibration reduction thrust bearing is good in vibration reduction effect, suitable for various ship propeller shaft systems, especially suitable for special deep water submersible vehicles, and has certain reference value for axial vibration reduction of rotating machinery or systems in the same axial hydrostatic load state.

    本发明涉及船舶推进系统设备技术领域,具体涉及一种基于空气弹簧的主动式减振推力轴承。本发明提通过气囊隔振元件的低刚度设计,能够实现桨轴系统纵向振动超低频控制,使得桨轴系统的纵向振动控制向5Hz以内超低频范围扩展,且可有效隔离轴系纵向振动传递;本发明通过位移监测和主动推力控制的方式,实现了轴系推力的有效传递,且可避免隔振元件低刚度设计带来的轴系运行窜动位移过大问题,保证桨轴系统运行安全;本发明的主动式减振推力轴承,减振效果好,适用于多种船舶桨轴系统,尤其适合于特种深水潜器,且对于同等受轴向静水载荷状态下的旋转机械或系统的轴向减振均具有一定的参考价值。
