The invention provides a design scheme of a disc spring type integrated vibration reduction thrust bearing, which can be used for longitudinal vibration reduction of a ship propulsion system, realizes reduction of the longitudinal inherent frequency of a shaft system, and can greatly reduce transmission of longitudinal vibration of the shaft system; combined disc spring elements are adopted as damping elements, the disc springs can achieve flexible adjustment of the longitudinal rigidity of a shaft system through different combination modes, the rigidity design requirement is met, and narrow space limitation is adapted; the disc spring type integrated damping thrust bearing adopts a variable stiffness design, and a mechanical limiting structure is designed at the position of a damping disc spring in the thrust bearing, so that excessive longitudinal displacement of a shafting is prevented, and the operation safety of shafting equipment is protected; the integrated design of the shafting longitudinal shock absorber and the thrust bearing is adopted, and the influence of additional mass and unbalance caused by the fact that the shafting longitudinal shock absorber is installed on a rotating shaft is avoided.
本发明涉及船舶推进系统减振降技术领域,具体涉及一种碟簧式一体化减振推力轴承。提出了一种碟簧式一体化减振推力轴承设计方案,可用于船舶推进系统纵向减振,实现轴系纵向固有频率降低,可大幅降低轴系纵向振动的传递;采用组合碟簧元件作为减振元件,碟形弹簧可以通过不同的组合方式,可实现轴系纵向刚度的灵活调节,达到刚度设计要求,适应狭小空间限制;碟簧式一体化减振推力轴承采用变刚度设计,推力轴承内部减振碟簧位置设计有机械限位结构,防止轴系过度纵向位移,保护轴系设备运行安全;采用了轴系纵向减振器与推力轴承的集成设计,避免轴系纵向减振器安装于旋转轴上带来的附加质量、不平衡量影响。
