The invention discloses a thrust bearing with vibration damping pistons. The thrust bearing comprises a thrust shaft and a thrust disc, a plurality of self-aligning thrust blocks are supported on the disc face of one side of the thrust disc in a sliding mode, and the self-aligning thrust blocks are movably supported on corresponding compensation damping hydraulic cylinders. Each compensation damping hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder body, wherein a front end cover and a rear end cover are fixedly connected to the two ends of the cylinder body respectively, a piston is movably supported in a cylinder cavity of the cylinder body, the piston is sleeved with a piston core barrel in a sealed mode, the piston core barrel is fixedly connected to the rear end cover, the rear end cover is further fixedly connected with a position sensor, a hydraulic oil hole in the rear end cover communicates with a hydraulic oil cavity, a spring pressing cap is further arranged in a cylinder cavity of the cylinder body, the spring pressing cap is supported on the front end cover in a sliding mode, the supporting end of the corresponding self-aligning thrust block is supported at the outward extending end of the spring pressing cap, and a damping spring is supported between the spring pressing cap and the piston. The thrust bearing not only can automatically compensate the axial displacement of the thrust shaft, but also can effectively reduce the axial structure vibration of the thrust shaft.

    本发明公开了一种具有减振活塞的推力轴承,包括推力轴和推力盘,推力盘的一侧盘面上滑动支承有若干调心推力块,调心推力块活动支承于相对应的补偿减振液压缸上;补偿减振液压缸包括有缸体,在缸体的两端分别固定连接有前端盖和后端盖,缸体的缸腔内活动支承有活塞,活塞密封地套装于活塞芯筒上,该活塞芯筒固定连接于后端盖上,后端盖还与位置传感器固定连接;位于后端盖上的液压油孔与液压油腔相连通;缸体的缸腔内还设置有弹簧压帽,该弹簧压帽滑动支承于前端盖上,调心推力块支承端支承于弹簧压帽的外伸端,在弹簧压帽和活塞之间支承有减振弹簧。该推力轴承不仅能自动补偿推力轴轴向位移,而且能有效地降低推力轴的轴向结构振动。
