The invention relates to the technical field of automation control, in particular to a crane frequency conversion control energy-saving method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: determining the rated load weight of a crane according to the real-time motor rotating speed; calculating a load error according to the actual load weight and the rated load weight, and correcting the real-time motor rotating speed according to the load error to obtain a motor corrected rotating speed; adjusting the correction rotating speed of the motor for the first time according to the lifting height; and according to the external environment data, carrying out secondary adjustment on the motor correction rotation speed, and taking the motor correction rotation speed after secondary adjustment as the motor operation rotation speed. Through real-time monitoring, accurate calculation and dynamic adjustment of the rotating speed of the motor, efficient, stable and safe control over the crane motor is achieved, the operation efficiency and the energy utilization rate of the crane are improved, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及自动化控制技术领域,具体涉及起重机变频控制节能方法及系统,该方法包括:根据实时电机转速确定起重机的额定负载重量;根据实际负载重量和额定负载重量计算得到负载误差,根据负载误差校正实时电机转速,得到电机校正转速;根据起升高度对电机校正转速进行一次调整;根据外部环境数据对电机校正转速进行二次调整,将二次调整后的电机校正转速作为电机运行转速。本发明通过实时监测、精确计算和动态调整电机转速,实现了对起重机电机的高效、稳定和安全控制,不仅提高了起重机的运行效率和能源利用率,还延长了设备的使用寿命,降低了维护成本。
