The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft system testing, and discloses an auxiliary system and testing method for aircraft system-level thunder and lightning and HIRF tests, and the auxiliary testing system comprises a simulation load mechanism, a data monitoring system and a tested product. The product to be tested is an undercarriage folding and unfolding system and is erected on the test bench for testing, the simulation load mechanism can access processed signals to the data monitoring system through the A429 communication interface and the discrete magnitude interface, and meanwhile the simulation switch can adjust working conditions according to different test requirements. And the data monitoring system analyzes and records the collected data. By simulating the external equipment of the aircraft system, the platform cross-linking construction difficulty of the system test is simplified, the test integrity is improved, the test cost is reduced, meanwhile, the test method can effectively judge the operation states of the electromagnetic valve and the oil way of the system in the test process, and the test efficiency is improved. Therefore, the stability of the system in HIRF and IEL environments can be comprehensively evaluated.

    本发明涉及飞机系统测试技术领域,公开了一种飞机系统级雷电与HIRF试验的辅助系统与测试方法,辅助测试系统包括仿真负载机构、数据监控系统和被试产品;被试产品,为起落架收放系统,架设至试验台架上进行测试,仿真负载机构会将处理好的信号通过A429通信接口以及离散量接口接入到数据监控系统,同时模拟开关会根据不同的试验要求调节工况,数据监控系统将对采集到的数据进行分析记录。本发明通过仿真飞机系统外部设备,简化系统试验的平台交联搭建难度,提高试验的完整性,降低试验成本,同时测试方法能够有效地判断系统在实验过程中电磁阀以及油路的运行状态,从而能够对系统在HIRF和IEL环境下的稳定性进行全方面的评估。
