The invention discloses a small underwater robot and a line patrol sensor mounting structure thereof.The small underwater robot comprises a protection frame, a driving unit, a telescopic rod unit and a line patrol sensor are arranged in the protection frame, the telescopic rod unit comprises a connecting rod and a supporting rod rotationally connected to the protection frame, and one end of the connecting rod is rotationally connected to the driving unit; one end of the telescopic rod unit is rotatably connected to the protection frame, the other end of the telescopic rod unit is rotatably connected to the supporting rod to form a foldable and unfoldable two-connecting-rod, the line patrol sensor is assembled at the end, away from the connecting rod, of the supporting rod, and the driving unit drives the telescopic rod unit to be folded and unfolded so that the line patrol sensor can be switched between the folded position folded in the protection frame and the unfolded position unfolded outside the protection frame. The protection frame is arranged in a compact mode, the line patrol sensor can be unfolded and stretch out of the protection frame in the line patrol operation process and can be folded in the protection frame when the line patrol operation process is not carried out, a sensing probe of the line patrol sensor is prevented from being damaged by collision, and meanwhile transportation is convenient and good flexibility is achieved.

    本发明公开一种小型水下机器人及其巡线传感器安装结构,包括保护框架,保护框架内设置有驱动单元、伸缩杆单元和巡线传感器,伸缩杆单元包括连接杆以及转动连接于保护框架的支撑杆,连接杆的一端转动连接于驱动单元,另一端转动连接于支撑杆,以形成可折叠、展开的二连杆,巡线传感器装配于支撑杆背离连接杆的一端,且通过驱动单元驱使伸缩杆单元折叠、展开,以使巡线传感器在收折于保护框架内的收折位置与展开至保护框架外的展开位置间切换,并形成紧凑设置,且巡线传感器在巡线作业时能够展开、伸出保护框架,而不在巡线作业时能够收折在保护框架内,以避免巡线传感器的传感探头被碰坏,同时便于运输以及具有良好的灵活性。
