The invention discloses a line patrol mobile cargo carrying robot. The line patrol mobile cargo carrying robot comprises a mobile chassis and a clamping mechanism used for clamping cargoes, a liftingmechanism used for driving the clamping mechanism to ascend and descend is arranged on the mobile chassis, and a centering mechanism capable of aligning the cargoes to the position under the clampingmechanism when the cargoes are encountered is arranged in front of the mobile chassis. The robot has the following advantages and effects that accurate clamping of goods can be achieved, and thereforethe goods carrying efficiency of the robot is improved.
