The invention provides a drive-by-wire steering device of a drive-by-wire chassis. The drive-by-wire steering device structurally comprises a steering input shaft, a motor, a steering sensing module, a steering main rod, a steering auxiliary rod and a wheel connecting body. After the steering input shaft is further improved, the connecting strength between the steering input shaft and the motor can be improved through mutual coincidence of the connecting main shaft and the straight rod and the clamping groove in the straight rod, so that the rotating strength and stability of the steering input shaft can be further improved; the connection balance between the motor and the interior of the automobile can be improved by combining the vibration isolation block on the auxiliary disc, and meanwhile, the protection block and the vertical sleeve on the vibration isolation block can cover the connection main shaft and the straight rod, so that the situation of continuous collision caused by direct contact between the straight rod and the connection main shaft during rotation and plastic parts in the automobile is avoided; therefore, damage to plastic parts in the automobile caused by rotation collision and influence on normal rotation use of the steering input shaft can be avoided, and the safety effect of connection and movement of the steer-by-wire device and the automobile is improved.

    本发明提供一种线控底盘的线控转向装置,其结构包括:转向输入轴、电动机、转向传感模块、转向主杆、转向副杆、车轮连接体;本发明由转向输入轴进一步改进后,通过连接主轴与直杆的相互重合以及直杆上的卡槽能提高与电动机的连接强度,使之能进一步的提高了转向输入轴的旋转强度及稳定性,进而结合辅助盘上的隔震块能提高电动机与汽车内部的连接平衡性,同时隔震块上的保护块以及垂直套能将连接主轴与直杆进行覆盖,避免直杆与连接主轴旋转时直接与汽车内部塑料配件进行接触而造成的持续碰撞情况,因此能避免了旋转碰撞而导致的汽车内部塑料配件的损坏以及影响转向输入轴的正常旋转使用,以至于提高了线控转向装置与汽车的连接活动安全效果。
