The invention discloses a steering drive-by-wire performance testing method and system for a drive-by-wire crawler chassis, belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, a steering drive-by-wire performance testing method is only suitable for a traditional wheel type drive-by-wire chassis and is not suitable for an engineering machinery crawler chassis with a double-side independent driving structure; and corresponding steering drive-by-wire performance parameters cannot be obtained. Based on the premise of accurately controlling steering motion in a drive-by-wire mode, the steering angle, the steering speed and the curvature radius are used as a drive-by-wire target and a performance evaluation object, and a vehicle control unit analyzes a target instruction into the rotating speeds of left and right side track driving wheels which can be directly executed by a chassis; the whole vehicle controller can obtain the actual steering angle, the actual steering angular velocity and the real-time curvature radius of the steering track in real time and evaluate the steering drive-by-wire performance parameters, so that the drive-by-wire performance testing method is suitable for the engineering machinery crawler chassis of a double-side independent driving structure.

    本发明公开了工程机械技术领域的一种线控履带底盘转向线控性能测试方法及系统,旨在解决现有技术中线控转向性能测试方法仅适用于传统轮式线控底盘,并不适用于双侧独立驱动结构的工程机械履带底盘,无法获取对应的转向线控性能参数的问题。本发明基于线控模式下准确控制转向运动的前提,以转向角度、转向速度和曲率半径为线控目标和性能评价对象,整车控制器将目标指令解析成底盘可直接执行的左右侧履带驱动轮转速,整车控制器可实时获取实际转向角度、实际转向角速度和转向轨迹的实时曲率半径,并评价转向线控性能参数,使得本发明的线控转向性能测试方法适用于双侧独立驱动结构的工程机械履带底盘。
