The invention discloses an AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) electricity taking situation sensing system, which is characterized in that the position adjustment in the dynamic charging process of AGV equipment is monitored in real time through an electricity taking position sensing device, and when the position adjustment causes deformation of a slide wire bracket and/or an AGV electricity taking trolley, the control equipment disconnects a battery charging loop; meanwhile, the electricity taking temperature in the dynamic charging process of the AGV equipment is detected through an electricity taking temperature sensing device, the current electricity taking temperature is judged through a single-machine electricity taking temperature situation model and a vehicle-connected electricity taking temperature situation model, and when it is judged that the charging temperature is abnormal through comparison according to any model, the equipment is controlled to disconnect a battery charging loop; when an abnormal electricity taking situation occurs, a charging loop is cut off in time, and an equipment electricity taking device and a battery system are protected to the maximum extent; moreover, the method achieves the precise prediction of the abnormal power-taking situation based on the single-machine power-taking temperature situation model and the vehicle-connected power-taking situation model of the full-wharf AGV equipment, and reduces the fault occurrence rate.

    本发明公开了一种AGV取电态势感知系统,通过取电位置感知装置对AGV设备动态充电过程中的位置调整进行实时监控,位置调整会引起滑触线支架和/或AGV取电小车形变时,控制设备断开电池充电回路;同时,通过取电温度传感装置检测AGV设备动态充电过程中的取电温度,并采用单机取电温度态势模型和车联取电温度态势模型对当前取电温度进行判断,在根据任一模型比较判断充电温度出现异常时,控制设备断开电池充电回路;本发明在出现取电异常态势时,及时切断充电回路,最大程度保护设备取电装置与电池系统;且本发明基于全码头AGV设备的单机取电温度态势模型和车联取电态势模型实现取电异常态势的精准预测,减少故障发生率。
