A detachable inhaul cable is arranged between a crane trolley and a buckle plate, a telescopic rod is arranged between the crane trolley and the buckle plate, a rotary measuring rod is arranged at the end, connected with the buckle plate, of the telescopic rod, and a rack and an assembly are arranged between the telescopic rod and a driving rod, so that the driving rod is driven to rotate by position change of the measuring rod; the corresponding driving rod rotates to change the position of the inhaul cable, so that the positions of the buckle plate and the heavy object can be adjusted in time when the buckle plate inclines, the state of the inhaul cable can be adjusted in time according to the position of the heavy object in the placing and carrying process of the heavy object, a crane trolley is guaranteed to be in a balanced state, and the situation that the whole crane is affected by instability of the crane trolley is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种具有防碰撞系统的起重机,涉及起重机技术领域,解决了现有的具有防碰撞系统的起重机在吊装物品时通过依赖仪器进行调平,吊装过程中仪器在环境影响难以快速调平重物位置的技术问题;在起重机小车和扣板之间设置可以拆卸的拉索,且两者之间设置伸缩杆,伸缩杆上与扣板连接的一端设置转动的衡量杆,在伸缩杆和驱动杆之间设置齿条和组件,实现衡量杆的位置变化带动驱动杆旋转,当扣板的一侧倾斜,衡量杆会旋转,对应的驱动杆会旋转改变拉索位置,进而可以在扣板发生倾斜时及时调节扣板和重物的位置,重物在放置和搬运过程中可以及时根据重物位置调节拉索状态,保障起重机小车处于平衡状态,避免起重机小车的不稳定影响整体起重机。
