The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle wounded personnel transportation platform, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle transportation, and the unmanned aerial vehicle wounded personnel transportation platform comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle unit which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, an unmanned aerial vehicle support arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and a fixing plate arranged at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle support; and the transportation platform unit comprises a platform assembly arranged on the fixing plate. Through the unmanned aerial vehicle wounded personnel transportation platform, the limitation of a traditional rescue mode in complex terrains and high-risk environments is effectively solved, the rescue response speed is remarkably improved through the air transportation capacity of the unmanned aerial vehicle, meanwhile, the exposure risk of rescue workers in dangerous environments is reduced, and the platform is innovatively designed and comprises a sliding unit and a positioning unit; the stability and safety of the wounded in the transportation process are ensured, and a quicker, safer and more efficient rescue way is provided for the wounded.
