According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, the moving wheels are arranged on the main cabin body, so that the main cabin body can move quickly, the wounded can be transferred quickly, and the moving wheels are connected to the main cabin body through the first buffering assemblies, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle plays a buffering role during landing, and secondary injury caused by shaking of the wounded is prevented; and the second buffering assembly is arranged below the stretcher plate, so that the buffering effect is further achieved.
