The invention belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering, and particularly relates to an efficient mounting method for an energy-saving guide wheel, which comprises the following steps: S1, a first group of standing sites and a second group of standing sites are separated, and the second group of standing sites are arranged at a tail shaft segmented hull structure; s2, establishing an energy-saving guide wheel and tail shaft casting pre-assembly model, and obtaining interference amount data between a guide vane of the energy-saving guide wheel and the tail shaft casting; the interference amount data comprises a carrying intersecting line generated by connecting interference points of a tail shaft casting and a guide vane on the energy-saving guide wheel and tail shaft casting pre-assembly model, and a boundary line which takes the carrying intersecting line as allowance cutting; s3, zero-allowance cutting is conducted on the guide vane according to the interference amount data; s4, the tail shaft casting is placed on the first set of standing sites, and the tail shaft casting is sealed and fixed; s5, the energy-saving guide wheel cut in the step S3 is pre-assembled to a tail shaft casting, and a first pre-assembled section is obtained; and S6, the first pre-assembly section is assembled on the tail shaft section. According to the method, the aloft work amount is reduced, safety is higher, and the assembly period can be shortened by more than 5 days.
