The energy-saving guide wheel provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the problem of low energy-saving effect of a ship with small wake flow in the existing energy-saving guide wheel technology, reduces the wet surface area of the outer-layer semi-guide pipe, reduces the resistance of the energy-saving guide wheel, and improves the propulsion efficiency of the ship.
