A method for installing an energy-saving guide wheel in a ship manufacturing process relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing, and comprises the following steps: installing a stern shaft tube casting and the energy-saving guide wheel under a tire, placing an adjustable platform in place according to a ground sample line, cutting the allowance of the energy-saving guide wheel, placing the energy-saving guide wheel on the adjustable platform, and carrying out simple field cutting and repairing. Meanwhile, a groove of a cut and trimmed part is processed, then the energy-saving guide wheel is adjusted in place through a chain block, finally one-time accurate positioning is achieved, the situation that multiple times of cutting positioning occur when the energy-saving guide wheel and a stern shaft tube casting are installed is avoided, manpower and material resources are reduced, meanwhile, the matching time of a gantry crane is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved. And the cutting gap is reduced from the original 30 mm to the present 3-5 mm, so that the use amount of a large amount of welding materials is saved, the purposes of saving energy and reducing consumption are achieved, and the welding quality is improved.

    一种船舶制造过程中节能导轮的安装方法,涉及船舶制造技术领域,本发明在胎下将艉轴管铸件与节能导轮安装,依据地样线将可调节平台摆放到位,节能导轮余量切割后,放置在可调节平台上,进行简单的现场切修,同时处理好切修部位的坡口,然后利用手拉葫芦将节能导轮调整到位,最终实现一次精准定位,避免了节能导轮与艉轴管铸件安装时出现多次切割定位的情况,减少了人力物力的付出,同时降低龙门吊配合时间,并且切割间隙由原来30mm降低到现在的3‑5mm节约了大量的焊材使用量,达到节能降耗的目的,提高了焊接质量。
