The invention discloses a pure electric vehicle energy recovery control method based on electronic mechanical braking. According to the method, an electronic mechanical braking system is used for mechanical braking, and meanwhile motor braking is used for recovering energy. Firstly, a closed-loop control strategy of the electronic mechanical brake system is designed based on an active disturbance rejection algorithm, and a brake clearance elimination stage, a brake force following stage and a brake clearance generation stage are comprehensively considered. Then, a front and rear axle braking force distribution control strategy during regenerative braking is designed based on a fuzzy algorithm, and a fuzzy controller takes the braking strength, the vehicle speed and the battery SOC as input and takes the electronic mechanical braking and motor braking proportion k as output; and then the whale optimization algorithm is used for optimizing the motor braking force during regenerative braking, and more energy can be recycled during regenerative braking. According to the method, the rise time of the braking force during braking is shortened, the robustness during braking is improved, and the driving mileage of the pure electric vehicle can be increased.

    本发明公开了一种基于电子机械制动的纯电动汽车能量回收控制方法。该方法以电子机械制动系统作为机械制动,同时利用电机制动回收能量。首先,基于自抗扰算法设计电子机械制动系统闭环控制策略,并全面考虑制动间隙消除阶段、制动力跟随阶段和制动间隙生成阶段。然后,基于模糊算法设计再生制动时前后轴制动力分配控制策略,模糊控制器以制动强度、车速和电池SOC作为输入,以电子机械制动和电机制动比例k作为输出。再利用鲸鱼优化算法优化再生制动时的电机制动力,再生制动时可回收更多的能量。本发明不仅降低了制动时制动力的上升时间,提高了制动时的鲁棒性,且可以提高纯电动汽车的续驶里程。
