The invention discloses a pure electric vehicle braking energy recovery control method which comprises the following steps: entering a sliding recovery stage when an accelerator is loosened for sliding or the stroke of a brake pedal is within an idle stroke range, and entering the braking recovery stage when the stroke of the brake pedal exceeds the idle stroke range, in the sliding recovery stage, only a motor braking torque is supplied; in the braking recovery stage of the parallel braking recovery system, motor braking torque and hydraulic braking torque act together, and only the hydraulicbraking torque is provided when the speed is lower than a set value; and in the braking recovery stage of the tandem type braking recovery system, only motor braking torque is provided. The energy recovery control algorithm can be designed at the initial stage of project development, the influence of different brake recovery systems on economy can be analyzed and compared, the brake recovery system model selection can be carried out in advance, the real vehicle comparison and verification cost can be saved, and meanwhile the economy can be improved. And win-win of economy and cost is realized.

    本发明揭示了一种纯电动车制动能量回收控制方法,当松开油门滑行或者制动踏板行程在空行程范围内时进入滑行回收阶段,当制动踏板行程越过空行程范围后进入所述制动回收阶段,所述滑行回收阶段:仅提供电机制动扭矩;并联式制动回收系统制动回收阶段:电机制动扭矩和液压制动扭矩共同作用,在速度低于设定值时,仅提供液压制动扭矩;串联式制动回收系统制动回收阶段:仅提供电机制动扭矩。本发明可以在项目开发初期,设计的能量回收控制算法,可对不同制动回收系统对经济性影响进行分析对比,支持制动回收系统选型提前进行,节约实车对比验证成本,同时可提高经济性。实现经济性、成本双赢。
