The auxiliary time is shortened, the grabbing efficiency is improved, in the moving process of the crane after grabbing, the geometric center of the grabbed steel plate is accurately determined through the auxiliary laser radar, then the offset of the crane is adjusted according to data determined by the auxiliary laser radar after the grabbed steel plate is moved to the designated position, accurate discharging can be achieved, and the working efficiency is improved. In the whole process, the accuracy requirement for grabbing is shortened, and the auxiliary time is shortened.
本发明提出了一种基于激光雷达的无人化库区智能行车钢板上料方法,行车根据主激光雷达抓取钢板,然后启动辅助激光雷达精确获取被抓取钢板的几何中心,进而确定行车在卸料时必要的偏移量,从而实现精确卸料。本发明缩短了辅助时间,提高了抓取效率,在抓取后行车移动过程中,通过辅助激光雷达再精确的确定被抓取钢板的几何中心,然后将被抓取钢板移动到指定位置后,根据辅助激光雷达确定的数据调整行车的偏移量,就可以实现精确卸料,整个过程缩短了除此抓取的精确度要求,缩短了辅助时间。
