The invention discloses a high aspect ratio thin wing type wing body butt joint structure which comprises a fuselage assembly, a wing assembly, a wing body butt joint tension bolt and a wing body butt joint anti-shear pin. The wing assembly comprises a skin assembly, a framework assembly, a copper sleeve required by a wing body butt joint bolt and a self-made flexible self-adaptive nut assembly. The feasibility of the assembly process of all assemblies and the wing body butt joint convenience are considered, and when the requirement that the high-speed unmanned aerial vehicle with the high aspect ratio and the thin wings generates large bending moment and shearing force is met, loads are effectively transmitted, and the large joint structure weight coefficient is avoided. The device is clear in principle, feasible in design scheme, reasonable in separation surface and good in manufacturability, the structural strength and rigidity meet the model use requirements, and good interchangeability is achieved.
