The invention discloses a butt joint structure of a central wing and an outer wing of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The butt joint structure comprises an outer wing butt joint (1), a central wing butt joint (3), a butt joint angle section (2) and a connecting band plate (4). The lower wing surface of the outer wing is in butt joint with the lower edge strip of the butt joint rib of the central wing through the butt joint angle section (2) and the connecting band plate (4); the upper wing surfaces of the outer wing butt joint (1) and the central wing butt joint (3) are connected through a plurality of upper wing surface butt joint bolts (5) and columnar nuts (6) which are distributed in the course direction and arranged in the spanwise direction, and the lower wing surfaces are connected through a plurality of lower wing surface butt joint bolts (10) and supporting plate nuts which are distributed in the course direction and arranged in the vertical direction. The butt joint structure can effectively connect the central wing and the main body structure of the outer wing, reliably and continuously transmits the load transmitted from the outer wing to the central wing in stress, and solves the technical problem that the load is difficult to effectively transmit during butt joint of thin-wing-type large-load wings.
本发明公开一种无人机中央翼和外翼对接结构,包括外翼对接接头(1)、中央翼对接接头(3)、对接角材(2)以及连接带板(4)。外翼下翼面与中央翼对接肋下缘条对接,通过对接角材(2)和连接带板(4)进行连接;外翼对接接头(1)和中央翼对接接头(3)上翼面通过航向分布、展向布置的多个上翼面对接螺栓(5)和柱状螺母(6)连接,下翼面通过航向分布、上下方向布置的多个下翼面对接螺栓(10)和托板螺母连接。该对接结构能有效连接中央翼和外翼主体结构,受力上可靠并连续地把外翼传来的载荷传给中央翼,解决了薄翼型大载荷机翼对接时载荷难以有效传递的技术问题。
