The invention provides a bionic deformable mechanical turtle, which has a bilaterally symmetrical structure and comprises a head part, a tail part and a foot part which extend out of a turtle shell, a bracket table and a transmission system which are wrapped by the turtle shell and are used for connecting the foot part of the turtle, a head bracket table and a cam which are used for connecting the head part, and a connecting table for fixing the turtle shell and a bottom plate, the structure form and the motion form of an ecological turtle can be simulated, the feet of the turtle support the body, and the turtle swings from front to back and generates friction propulsion with the ground, so that the turtle can crawl and move; meanwhile, joints of four limbs of the turtle are wrapped by flexible waterproof materials, and key driving parts are well sealed, so that the four limbs are not influenced during movement and are waterproof, and the turtle can move; and in a narrow and complex environment, the structure of the turtle shrinks and becomes small, so that the turtle can crawl and pass, and can be used as a scientific detection machine for the complex environment.
