The invention discloses a vehicle thermal management control method and device, a storage medium and a processor. The method comprises the steps that working strategies and heat management information of vehicle heat management are obtained, the working strategies comprise the first working strategy, the second working strategy and the third working strategy, the first working strategy is used for indicating the rule of independent work of a front evaporator of a vehicle, and the second working strategy is used for indicating the rule of independent work of a front evaporator of the vehicle; the second working strategy is used for indicating a rule of independent work of battery cooling of the vehicle, the third working strategy is used for indicating a rule of common work of a front evaporator and battery cooling, and the thermal management information is used for indicating working condition parameters of the vehicle and the working condition of a cooling system of the vehicle; based on the working strategy and the thermal management information, a control strategy of vehicle thermal management is determined, and the control strategy is used for indicating a rule for controlling the vehicle thermal management; and controlling the vehicle thermal management according to the control strategy. The technical problem that the vehicle cooling function efficiency is low is solved.
