The invention discloses a crank arm vehicle and an automatic return control system and method thereof. The system comprises a crank arm vehicle body, a one-key recovery switch and a control module, the crank arm vehicle body comprises a chassis assembly, a rotary table assembly and an arm support assembly; a first bearing seat and a first inductive switch are arranged on the chassis assembly; the rotary table assembly comprises a driving motor and a slewing mechanism; the arm frame assembly comprises a folding arm, a main arm, a telescopic arm and a fly arm; a second bearing seat is arranged on the folding arm; the first bearing seat comprises a second inductive switch; the second bearing seat comprises a third inductive switch; a fourth inductive switch is arranged at the tail end of the main arm. According to the scheme, one-key whole-process automatic return operation is achieved, manual intervention is not needed, the recovery efficiency is improved, and the situation that recovery is not in place or other misoperation is avoided.

    本发明公开一种曲臂车及其自动回位控制系统、方法。该系统包括:曲臂车本体、一键回收开关及控制模块;曲臂车本体包括底盘总成、转台总成及臂架总成;底盘总成上设置第一承接座及第一感应开关;转台总成包括驱动电机及回转机构;臂架总成包括折臂、主臂、伸缩臂及飞臂;折臂上设置第二承接座;第一承接座上包括第二感应开关;第二承接座上包括第三感应开关;主臂末端设置第四感应开关。本方案实现了一键全过程自动回位操作,无需人工干预,提高了回收的效率,也避免了回收不到位或其他误操作。
