The A-shaped frame structure is arranged on the single deck, the tension of the supporting column and the tension of the tension device are generated, and reversible deformation can be caused to the single deck structure before segmented hoisting; positive deformation caused by weak structural strength during hoisting of the single-deck structure is avoided, and the hoisting precision is improved after positive and negative deformation is counteracted; meanwhile, the supporting column structure, the wall pulley and the horse plates on the ship body are connected through bolts, installation and detachment are easy, repeated use can be achieved, and the economical efficiency of the device is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于单甲板分段吊装变形控制的装置及安装方法,装置为组合型A字架结构,包括支撑柱、位于顶点的上固定马板、拉力器、和固定于甲板上的下固定马板及拉力下马板,两根支撑柱的上下端通过紧固件分别与上固定马板和下固定马板活动连接,拉力的上下两端分别与上固定马板和拉力下马板固定连接。本发明通过在单甲板上设置A字架结构,产生支撑柱的张力和拉力器的拉力,可以在分段吊装前对单甲板结构造成反变形;避免了单甲板结构吊装时由于结构强度较弱造成正变形,正反变形抵消后提高了吊装精度;同时,支撑柱结构、拉力器和船体上的各马板之间通过螺栓连接,易于安装和拆卸,可以反复多次使用,提高了装置的经济性。
